Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brush sunflower oil in bottom of 8x8 square baking pan.

Melt butter and chocolate chips in microwave. Set aside to cool.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs until light oclor and foamy.

Add sugar and vanilla and continue beating until well incorporated.

Stir in chocolate mixture, follower by strawberries and beets.

In a small bowl mix the flour, baking power, cinnamon, and salt.

Stir into the egg mixture. Fold in the oats.

Put brownie batter in prepared baking pan.

Bkae for 20 minutes.

Cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
